The procedure for patients (18 years of age and older) with neoplasms / suspected neoplasms (except for brain and spinal tumors, lymphoid and hematopoietic tissue) — on the policy of compulsory health insurance (on a budgetary basis)
1. Attendance of a therapeutist / general practitioner / specialist physician at the local clinic
If a neoplasm is suspected, the doctor examines the patient and, if necessary, sends him / her to the initial oncology room / initial oncology department / outpatient oncological care center (depending on which of these units is in the clinic).
2. Patient referral to the initial oncology room/ initial oncology department / outpatient oncological care center
3. Oncologist attendance in the initial oncology room / initial oncology department / outpatient oncological care center
The oncologist will further examine the patient, and, in case of confirmation of a malignant neoplasm, suspicion of a malignant neoplasm, as well as a benign tumor requiring specialized treatment, sends the patient for consultation to the outpatient clinic RCOD MH RT in Kazan or branches of RCOD MH RT in Naberezhnye Chelny or in Almetyevsk (depending on the place of permanent / temporary registration of the patient) through the electronic system of the DC ONKO (electronic record). The patient is handed a printed form of an electronic record and examination results (copies).
4. Patient referral for a consultation at the outpatient clinic RCOD MH RT in Kazan or branches of RCOD MZ RT in Naberezhnye Chelny or in Almetyevsk
5. Attendance in RCOD MH RT
The patient goes to RCOD MH RT (in Kazan or branches located in Naberezhnye Chelny or Almetyevsk) at the appointed time. You must have:
- Passport or residence permit / temporary residence permit (for foreigners)
- Policy of obligatory medical insurance (OMI)
- Pension insurance certificate (PIC)
- Certificate of disability (if any)
- Printed electronic record
- Examination results (original, copies)

Then, after the diagnosis is determined in the abovementioned medical institutions, patients can be referred to SAIH «RCOD MH RT» (directly or by the doctor of the initial oncology room in the clinic at the place of residence) in order to receive advice or specialized treatment (chemotherapy, radiation therapy, etc. .).
